ScanMyPro is operated by JAHP LLC. JAHP LLC is the data controller for account, business profile, website usage, and support data described in this policy, deciding how and why that data is processed.

For customer service-request data that businesses collect through ScanMyPro, the business is the controller and JAHP LLC processes that data on the business's behalf.

Account data: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials (or Google sign-in identity) when you register.

Business profile data: business name, QR page address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, review link, and digital QR design wording you configure.

Customer data you collect: when your customers scan a QR code, they may provide their name, phone number, email, street address, photos, issue descriptions, preferred service times, and chat messages. This data belongs to you; we process it on your behalf.

Usage data: basic technical logs such as browser type, pages visited, and error reports, used to keep the Service reliable and secure.

To operate the software Service: creating your account, generating downloadable digital QR designs, delivering service requests and chat messages to your team, and managing technician schedules.

Subscription sales and payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card details.

To communicate with you about your account, billing, and important service changes.

To improve the Service through aggregated, de-identified usage analysis. We do not sell personal data and do not use your customers' data for advertising.

Legal basis: we process account and service data to perform our contract with you; usage and security data under our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service; marketing data only with your consent; and records where required by legal obligation.

Hosting and database infrastructure that stores and serves the app data.

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.

Professional advisers such as legal and accounting advisers, where necessary.

Authorities where required by law.

Email delivery services, for account confirmation and notification emails.

We disclose data only to the providers needed to run the Service, each bound by data-protection obligations, or when required by law.

Account and business data is kept while your account is active. Customer service requests and chats are kept until you delete them or close your account.

Access to business data is restricted to the account owner through row-level access controls. Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and data is encrypted at rest.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (for example, billing records).

You can access, correct, or export your business profile data from the dashboard at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your data, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. We respond within the time required by law.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

For your customers' data, you act as the data controller: if a customer asks you to access or delete their information, you can do so from your dashboard or ask us for help.

We use only essential cookies and browser storage needed for sign-in sessions and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before taking effect.
